The company was started with the aim of providing tailor-made tours and safaris for individuals, families, groups & conferences at competitive prices. We pride ourselves with the personal touch we give to our clients by understanding their expectations and personal needs in order to give them a memorable travel experience.
We provide very personal attention to all our clients’ needs to make their safari truly memorable. A lot of advance planning and preparation goes into a successful safari – many moving parts are set into motion through the efforts of our multi-skilled professionals including tour consultants, customer service and experienced multilingual driver-guides.

Born in South Africa, Shauna began her career designing and managing bespoke safari experiences across Southern and East Africa, specialising in destinations such as Botswana, Kenya, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Uganda, and Mauritius. With over 20 years of diverse experience in the travel industry and corporate environments, she combines deep destination knowledge with strong expertise in sales, client relations, and global travel coordination.
After spending seven years in Scotland, Shauna has returned home to refocus on her passion for African travel. She brings a proven track record in client acquisition, negotiation, and digital marketing, alongside extensive skills in international travel planning, policy compliance, and risk management. Dedicated to creating seamless, unforgettable safari and island experiences, Shauna ensures every journey is crafted with precision, sustainability, and exceptional customer care.

- Operational Team & Management Expertise: Lead and mentor multi-skilled professional teams, including tour consultants, customer service specialists, and experienced multilingual driver-guides. This high-level oversight ensures the seamless delivery of complex, on-the-ground operational execution for individuals, families, and large-scale conference groups.
- Global Reservation & GDS Proficiency: Expert user of Galileo, a leading Global Distribution System (GDS) for 2026 travel retail, alongside Redfern (now part of CTM). These tools are leveraged to manage simultaneous bookings for air, rail, and lodging, ensuring a “shopping basket” approach for efficient client service.
- Comprehensive Travel & Financial Systems: Skilled in industry-standard platforms like SAP Concur for end-to-end travel and expense workflows and Evolvi for specialist international rail itineraries. This is supported by deep practical knowledge of Conferma for secure virtual payments and accounting software like QuickBooks and Sage Pastel, essential for financial accountability in the African travel sector.

Evan Speirs is a seasoned South African tour and travel guide and lodge management expert with deep roots in the safari industry, combining elite hospitality, immersive storytelling, and specialized anti-poaching skills with a principled work ethic defined by integrity, diligence, and cultural empathy. With years of hands-on experience guiding guests through game reserves, managing lodges, and curating immersive cultural experiences, he brings a unique blend of conservation awareness, operational expertise, and passion for meaningful travel. Driven by a love for adventure, wildlife, and community, Evan is dedicated to building a safari company that creates unforgettable journeys while promoting authentic experiences, sustainable tourism, and genuine connections to Africa’s landscapes, wildlife, and local traditions.
